Eastern Chamber held an expanded meeting for the real estate sector subscribers beginning next April

The East Chamber organize representative by the Real Estate Committee expanded meeting to subscribers of the real estate sector to be held on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at the headquarters of the Chamber of Dammam.
The president of the Chamber of administration Abdulrahman bin Saleh Alotaishan said that the meeting aims to discuss the challenges and obstacles faced by the real estate sector in the region, the advancement of work in the sector and mechanisms to overcome the obstacles in front of the employees of the sector.
Alotaishan said that the meeting seeks to strengthen the mechanism of communication between the chamber and the real estate sector subscribers in the region and exchange of views among the Land Commission and subscribers and also to discuss everything related to the development of the sector in achieving ambitious beneficiaries and real estate in the industrial upgrading of real estate and sustainable development, through the creation environment aroundlocal leadership and global competition in the light of the principles of our society.
Alotaishan noted that the meeting of real estate is an opportunity to put many of the ideas and the adoption of urgent issues discussedtodevelop the sector in the region and determine the mechanism to be discussed with the relevant authorities in accordance with specific time plan, hoping that the meeting come out with practical recommendations and very high, and directed the call to the eastern Akaraa to attend and enrich the meeting viewsand initiatives that serve the desired goal.
For his part, President of the Chamber Real Estate Committee Khalid Barashid confirmed that the meeting will be devoted to discuss a variety of topics related to the development of real estate activity, pointing out that the members of the Committee will meet participants interested Strip property to view the Commission's work plan during the current year 2015 and review what has provided over the past year from the Committee's attentionstudy and research regulations for the sector.
It is worth mentioning that the real estate sector is facing many challenges amid investors awaited the course of the current market and the latest developments that may constitute a new phase enters according to several indicators.
